To edit a Dashboard through the Web Portal > Select the Edit Pencil Icon > You will be able to Add a Widget by selecting Add New Widget. Remove or Configure an exisiting Widget by selecting the 3 dots to the right of the Widget as well as Delete the Dashboard by selecting the Trash icon.  Each Widget can be moved by dragging and dropping it to the desired position on the page.
