To create a Dashboard in the Web Portal > Navigate to the Dashboard Selector on the right hand side > Select New Dashboard > Enter a Name for your Dashboard > Select Visibility (Shared with the company, Private or New Users Only) > Create > Choose the Widgets you would like to see and arrange them in the desired configuration by dragging and dropping the Widgets into place and/or resizing them. 

You are able to create multiple Dashboards and toggle between them when needed by going to the Dashboard Selector and choosing the desired Dashboard from the dropdown.
