When using Formitize WebForms, you can choose how long a form stays active:

  • Never – The form stays open with no expiry.

  • Relative – The form expires a set number of days after it’s opened.

  • Absolute – The form expires on a specific date.

For saved forms, Relative expiry will show the expiry date, but Absolute expiry leaves the date field blank—even if one is set. This can be easy to miss, so it’s a good idea to double-check if the form should still be active.

You can also customise expiry settings for individual forms—use the form settings, change them, or remove expiry altogether.

To set an expiry date on your Webform/s in the Web Portal > Forms > Exisiting From Templates > Webform Options (Ensure Webform is Enabled) > Security > Select your desired Form Security and Expiry Type > Save Details.
