If you cannot see or view the Scheduler, then it is most likely because you do not have the permission set for your User account or User Group to be able to view or use the Scheduler.
Your Formitize administrator can check this via the Web Portal by going to Admin > All Users > selecting the Edit arrow for the User account to view the settings.
Under Permissions, scroll down to Scheduler, and you can select or deselect the checkbox there, depending on whether you want the User to have access to it or not. Then select Save at the bottom of the page.
Alternatively, the User group can be edited by going to Admin > User Groups > select the Edit arrow for the User Group to view the settings.
Under Assign Permissions to the Group, there is one called Access to Scheduler (and Create New Job page). You can select or deselect the checkbox depending on whether you want this group to have access to it. Then select Submit.
