Mobile Assets are vehicles, equipment or other resources that your business regularly uses for Jobs. These Assets can be allocated and scheduled through the Scheduler.
To create a Mobile Asset, you must first create an Asset Type.
In the Web Portal go to Assets > New Asset Type > Select Mobile Assets from the Asset Category dropdown > Enter the Asset Type details and permissions > Save.
Once the Asset Type has been created, go to Assets > New Asset > Select the relevant Asset Type > Enter the Asset details > Save Changes.
Your Mobile Asset will now be available in the Asset Register and can be allocated to Jobs through the Scheduler.
