To view the reminders for a specific client in the Web Portal, go to CRM > All Contacts > select the edit arrow for the contact > Reminders tab. You will find there are two tabs under Reminders; Future and History.
To view any current or future reminders, select the Future tab. If you wish to view the history of past reminders for the contact, you can select the History tab.
A new Reminder can be added by selecting New Reminder.
You can also delete any Reminders, by selecting the checkbox for the Reminder(s), and then selecting Delete at the bottom of the page.
