2FA can be set up for extra security for your users and company. In the Web Portal go to the Settings Cog > Security > 2FA Options > Select Enabled > Save.


(Note: you must have opted in to Security Plus and have permissions to Edit Users in order to view the 2FA options page.)


The first time you enable 2 Factor, you will see a list of Users, and will need to make sure that all of them have a working mobile phone number that their authentication code can send to when they log in. Once that is done, click Save again, and your 2FA will be set up.
