Reminders can be set up manually for jobs that you may have completed in another system. As our Job Type communication is triggered around the status and stages of a job, independent reminders can be created for those jobs that weren't completed through Formitize, helping with the transition from one system to another.


Reminders can be created to be sent by email, SMS, PDF letter and an internal task.


To set up a Reminder, in the Web Portal top menu, select New > Reminder.



From there, you can fill in the information and what kind of reminder you would like to send, and when it would be scheduled for (date and time). Only CRM placeholders can be used in the content as the reminder is not attached to a job or form so cannot pull in any information from either of those sources.


Reminders can also be created through the customer contact menu in the CRM > Contact > select the edit arrow for the contact > Reminders > New Reminder.
