Setting up a Workflow in your Formitize account can make a form process easy to follow and keep up to date on where a job or form may be currently at and what needs to be actioned to continue the process.


To set up a new Workflow in your Web Portal, go to Work Flows > Add New Workflow > Enter the title of your work flow > Add any custom columns of information > Create the stages for the form to move though > Select the relevant forms you would like for the particular workflow > Save once you're content with the settings you've created for the workflow.




Next, you will be taken to 'Step 2', which is selecting the actions that will push the form to each stage of the Workflow. This is where you can set up conditions and triggers that are related to fields within the form. This way, once the form meets the requirements for each stage, it will move on to the next.


Once you're content with the conditions that have been set, you can select Save again to save the new changes.
