All Tasks assigned to or completed by any user can be viewed in the Task Module in the Web Portal. 


Go to Tasks > My Tasks or All Tasks.


You are able to use the Quick Search and apply Filters to search for specific information such as a Tasks assigned to or completed by a specific user as well as the Task type and status.


With the Smart Table used for Tasks as well, you can decide what columns you would like displayed, and can save the View with the filters and settings, so that you can easily find the information you're looking for each time you load in to the Tasks window.




The Task table now has a Task Card view as well. By clicking on the button next to + New Task, the table will change to the card view which may be easier to read. The Smart Table will still apply filters so that you can find the Task you're looking for.




To view those of a specific status, select one of the status options in the table.



If you want to view the tasks for a specific User, then in the Filters option, select Assigned is ( Username ).
