Formitize allows you to manage different types of Assets depending on where they are located and how they are used.
Location Assets
Location Assets are linked to a specific Client and Location, such as equipment or assets permanently kept at a site.
These Assets can be automatically populated in Forms using the selected CRM Client and Location details or through a linked Job.
Multiple Location Assets can also be displayed in a single table, allowing users to review and update several Assets within the same Form.
Mobile Assets
Mobile Assets are equipment or vehicles that can be assigned to different Jobs.
These Assets can be allocated to Jobs to help track equipment usage and availability, making it easier to manage resources across your team.
