When a job is queued, it becomes visible on the devices of all members belonging to the relevant User Groups (provided they have selected the filter to view queued jobs). The first person to accept the job will then be assigned to it. 



This feature is commonly utilised for jobs that require a prompt response, such as equipment breakdowns. To create a job, you must still choose a date and time. Jobs that are queued, are typically prioritised using the "priority" feature, with higher-priority jobs listed first.
