To export Contact Information from your Web Portal > Select Reports > Contacts and add your Filters using the +Filters Button. (Note: If you don't see Reports in your top menu, select the More option.)
Once you have applied the Filters (if required) that you would like to Export > select the Download CSV > This will save as a CSV File for you to be able to use as needed.
You can also Export your Contacts, using the Export function in the Smart table when you go to CRM > Contacts. This will export the entire Contacts list as a CSV file.
Note: This option is only available to Administration User types.
