The user profile photo can be edited by the Super administrator or an Admin or Portal User with the correct permissions to do so, by going through the Web Portal. Go to Admin > All Users > Edit arrow for the User (or yourself).
By clicking on the edit pencil inside the User card, you can edit the user profile details and image. Then Save the changes at the bottom of the page.
The image on the user profile can also be used in Job Type template as placeholder within communication. For example an email can be sent to the customer regarding a job to show a photo of the person who will be attending the job.
